Using SolSqueezer

These terms apply to solsqueezer.io, app.solsqueezer.io, our Telegram bots, and our API. In these terms, “SolSqueezer”, “we”, and “our” refer to the people operating the service. By using SolSqueezer, you agree to these terms. You must have the legal capacity to enter this agreement and be permitted to use the service under the laws that apply to you.

The service and its limitations

SolSqueezer provides tools for analyzing public Solana wallet and token activity, filtering address lists, viewing wallet rankings, and receiving analysis alerts. Available features and usage limits depend on your plan and settings.

Reports, rankings, scores, and alerts are informational. They are not personalized investment advice or a promise of profit. Blockchain data and third-party data can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Past performance does not predict future results. You are responsible for your own trading decisions and any transactions you approve.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and protect access to your Google, Telegram, wallet, and API credentials. Only link identities you control. You are responsible for activity authorized through your account. Contact support if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access. Never send us a private key or recovery phrase.

Plans and payments

The price, currency, access period, and included limits are shown before purchase. Review them before paying. Usage is measured under the plan's rules; a request may consume allowance even when a wallet is excluded by your filters or an analysis cannot complete. Purchased access is activated after the service confirms payment.

Fixed-period purchases require a new payment to extend access. If a checkout offers a recurring subscription, its billing frequency and renewal terms apply. You can manage recurring billing through the payment provider's customer portal when available, or contact support for help. Cancelling recurring billing stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund an earlier payment or remove any rights provided by law.

For purchases processed through Creem, Creem is the merchant of record and handles the sale, payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, and payment receipts. Its Buyer Terms also apply to those purchases. SolSqueezer provides the purchased service and product support.

Cryptocurrency transfers require the correct network, asset, address, and amount shown on the invoice. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible, and network fees may apply.

Refunds and billing questions

Send refund requests and payment problems to squeeze@solsqueezer.io with enough account and order information to identify the purchase. Refund eligibility is determined by the terms shown at checkout, the payment provider's applicable terms, and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory cancellation or refund rights.

Acceptable use

• Use the service lawfully and submit only information you are entitled to use.
• Do not access other accounts, misuse credentials, or attempt to compromise the service.
• Do not bypass plan limits, rate limits, access controls, or payment requirements.
• Do not disrupt the service or use it for fraud, harassment, or other unlawful activity.
• Do not resell access to the service without our permission.

We may restrict or suspend access to address abuse, security threats, unpaid access, or legal requirements, subject to applicable law.

Third-party services and content

Sign-in providers, wallet applications, blockchain data providers, payment providers, and linked trading tools operate under their own terms. Review their terms before using them. We do not control their availability, execution of transactions, or data accuracy.

The SolSqueezer name, software, and original site content belong to their respective rights holders. Your subscription grants access to the service, not ownership of its software or branding.

Availability and responsibility

We may maintain, update, or change the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free reports, or a particular trading outcome. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, and we are not responsible for trading losses or losses caused by third-party outages or inaccurate third-party data. These limitations do not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and changes to these terms

Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. We may update these terms as the service changes. The latest version and its update date are published on this page. Changes remain subject to any notice or consent requirements that apply under law.
