About this policy

This policy describes how SolSqueezer handles information when you use solsqueezer.io, app.solsqueezer.io, our Telegram bots, and our API. In this policy, “we” and “our” refer to the people operating SolSqueezer. You can contact us at squeeze@solsqueezer.io.

Information we collect

  • Account information: depending on your sign-in method, your Telegram identifier, username and profile details; your Google account identifier, name, email and profile details; or your public wallet address and the signed message used to verify access. Linked sign-in methods are associated with the same service account.
  • Analysis information: wallet and token addresses you submit, uploaded address lists, public blockchain transactions, analysis results, saved filters, settings, and usage limits. A public wallet address may become associated with your account when you submit or link it.
  • Purchase information: the plan you choose, invoices, payment status, amounts, currencies, and transaction identifiers. Blockchain payments also involve public sender and recipient addresses. Payment providers collect the billing information required for their checkout.
  • Website and app activity: pages visited, clicks, feature use, timestamps, visitor and session identifiers, referral and advertising identifiers, browser information, and IP-derived identifiers used for security and rate limiting.
  • Support correspondence and the communication preferences you choose.

SolSqueezer does not ask for or collect your wallet's private key or recovery phrase. Wallet signatures and payments are approved in your wallet application.

How we use information

We use information to sign you in, link your accounts, perform the analysis you request, apply plan limits, confirm payments, deliver alerts and account notices, answer support requests, investigate errors, and prevent abuse. We also measure product use and advertising attribution to understand how people find and use the service.

Promotional emails are sent when you opt in. You can change this preference in your account or use the unsubscribe link in an email. Account and payment notices may still be sent when promotional emails are disabled.

Where a lawful basis is required, processing needed to provide the service relies on performance of our agreement with you. Security, support, and service improvement rely on legitimate interests, subject to applicable law. Opted-in promotional emails rely on consent, and records required by law rely on legal obligations.

Cookies, browser storage, and advertising

We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in sessions, wallet preferences, visitor and session identifiers, referrals, and advertising attribution. Some identifiers are shared between our website and app so that a visit can be connected with a later registration or purchase.

Our website and app use Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Meta's server-side conversion events, and Keitaro attribution. These tools can receive browser and advertising identifiers and information about visits, registrations, and purchases. Some conversion events also include hashed account identifiers or email addresses. Hashing does not make these identifiers anonymous to a provider that can match them.

You can restrict cookies and clear browser storage through your browser settings. This may affect sign-in and saved preferences. Advertising providers also offer their own privacy and advertising controls. Disabling promotional emails does not disable website tracking.

Service providers and sharing

Providers involved in delivering the service include hosting and database providers; Google and Telegram for the sign-in or messaging features you choose; Resend for email delivery; Solana data providers such as SolanaTracker and RPC services for blockchain analysis; and the payment provider identified at checkout. WalletConnect may be involved when you choose a wallet connection that uses it. Submitted public addresses may be sent to blockchain data providers to obtain the requested results.

Google, Telegram, Meta, wallet applications, and payment providers also process information under their own policies. If a purchase is processed through Creem, Creem handles checkout and billing as the merchant of record under its Privacy Notice. We receive the order and account information needed to provide your purchase. We do not receive your full card number or card security code.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service or its users, or in connection with a transfer of the business, subject to applicable safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain account information while it is needed to provide your account. Analysis history and temporary results may be removed according to the service's cleanup rules. Payment, security, and support records may be retained longer when needed for legal obligations, disputes, fraud prevention, or account recovery. Retention depends on the type of record and why it is needed; blockchain records cannot be deleted by us.

We use access controls and other technical measures to protect stored information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply to the transfer.

Your choices and requests

You can update available account settings, manage linked sign-in methods, and change email preferences in the app. To request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information, or to raise an objection or withdraw consent, contact squeeze@solsqueezer.io. We may need to verify that you control the account before handling a request. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons.

Your available rights depend on applicable data-protection law. Where that law provides the right, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Updates

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Our Terms of Service describe the conditions for using SolSqueezer.
